Grouped around a stunning paved courtyard and adjoining the owners house, visitors can relax inside or out and enjoy the wealth of natural materials and the high standard of craftsmanship which is the hallmark of this idyllic retreat.



The courtyard with its gracious terraces, intimate herb borders and magnificent views is generously provided with seating areas where guests can relax in peace and tranquility among lavender, flowers and the sound of running water. Beyond the courtyard and gardens you can enjoy croquet and garden games, bbqs, picnics, and walks. An enchanting hideaway, Heath Farm offers a wealth of natural interest in all seasons: The woodlands and wildflower meadows are host to rabbits, hares, badgers, squirrels, roe deer and muntjac as well as a good variety of birds. In summer, wild cherry plums growing in abundance and in autumn, nut bushes galore provide rich pickings for wildlife and visitors alike.



Located in between the villages of Great Tew (home of Soho Farmhouse), South Newington, Wiggington and Swerford. Heath Farm is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful villages and historic towns of The Cotswolds with plenty of cultural and leisure activites to be found in Oxford, Stratford and even closer by in Chipping Norton and Banbury. If you prefer shopping you can take a trip to popular Bicester village. With convenient access to the M40 we are only an hour and a half from London, an hour from Birmingham so it's easy to get away from it all and enjoy a beautiful piece of the English countryside.
